The principal objective of the consultant is:

To inspect the Towns Bridges and Culverts as per the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM) requirements, and to provide the Town with a formal report which includes the inspections, replacement/rehabilitation scope and financial forecasting and long term maintenance forecasting for each structure.
