Scope of work:

The successful Proponent will be responsible for the preparation of a comprehensive Downtown Enhancement Plan for the Town of Ingersoll. Once the plan is developed, it will provide clear, concise recommendations to be considered over the short-, medium- and long-term. This will inform future decisions as it relates to the downtown core.
